Here we go again with another B-Lab Matcha product. As many of you know, I love THIS line so much and you can read all of my reviews here. I also have a bonus review on the sunscreen! Jolse Cosmetic, a premier K-Beauty online store, sent me the B-Lab Matcha Hydrating Clear Ampoule for review purposes.

Key Ingredient
The key ingredient is organic green tea extract (matcha). Green tea is a powerful detoxing and purifying ingredient while providing soothing care against irritation and swelling due to its rich source of antioxidants, catechin, polyphenols and tannins. The tannins in matcha will help reduce the appearance of pores, so your skin will look smooth. The green tea is harvested from Hadong, South Korean, a region known for its premium green tea for over 1200 years. The harvest occurs in April over the course of 10 days as that is when the ingredients of catechins, vitamins C and E will be at its most potent. The green tea leaves are traditionally roasted in an iron pot at high temperatures and using a low temperature extraction method as not to lose any of the precious benefits of the green tea.
B-Lab Matcha Hydrating Clear Ampoule contains 20% of green tea extract, along with 5% skin brightening niacinamide, a powerful antioxidant that acts as an anti-inflammatory, improves your skin elasticity, enhance the skin barrier function and also it helps to even out skin tone and reduce post-inflammatory hyper-pigmentation. 5% sea buckthorn, full of vitamin C, A and E, beta carotene, minerals, amino acids and fatty acids. Vitamin C is important for brightening and stimulating collagen production. Sea buckthorn is known for its antioxidant properties to help slow down aging and to regenerate new skin cells, while penetrating deep into your derma layer and locking moisture inside.
Allantoin moisturizes, exfoliates and softens skin, making it look smooth and refined, while reducing and relieving irritation. Fourth generation moisturizer polyquaternium-51 (lipidure) retains moisture better than beta-glucan. Speaking of which, this does have beta-glucan, which is both moisturizing and an anti-inflammatory. Prebiotic fructooligosaccharides helps keep your microbiome healthy and balanced. It can help in strengthening your skin barrier, reduce inflammation due to irritation or blemishes and is also a natural hydrating ingredient.
Synthetic antioxidant hydroxyacetophenone is not only a humectant but an antioxidant that can help fight free radicals while soothinig the skin. This also has a few other humectants, helping to attract water and bind it to the skin ~ glycerin, sodium hyaluronate and hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid. Blemish busting ingredients such as antimicrobial neem and soothing care with oats help make this ampoule a great choice for blemish-prone or sensitive skin.

Unlike most ampoules that come in a bottle, this is in TUBE form which causes me to use way too much of it. And it is easy to use a lot of this, as it is so hydrating and refreshing on the skin.
The texture is a light gel with a pale green shade that quickly dissolves into water on the skin, absorbing very fast with no sticky or greasy residue. It makes my skin feel immediately hydrated and soothed. I have found that this helps keep my skin feeling less oily and it does help speed up healing time on blemishes and rashes on my face.
This product is also wonderful as a sun-after care ampoule. It soaks into the skin so fast, that if you have sunburn or chapped skin, it will moisturize your skin quickly and calm down redness and irritation. My only complaint is that the tube is so small and this should be in 150mL PUMP BOTTLE. B-Lab, this is a winner here ~ Super Size THIS!

B-Lab Matcha Hydrating Real Sun Screen is a SPF 50+ PA++++ with broad-spectrum UV protection along with soothing care benefits. This contains 940 ppm‘s of green tea leaf water, naturally rich in antioxidants as well as such as polyphenols, catechins, tannins and flavonoids. It will help with improving your skins clarity, texture and elasticity, while being antibacterial, retaining skin moisture & hydration. Green tea helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and contains alpha lipoic acid to reduce the damage was created from free radicals. As there are no mineral filters, this sunscreen does not leave a white cast. Other notable ingredients are skin brightening, antioxidant niacinamide, amino acid adenosine helps improve the reduction of wrinkles while menthol lactate provides soothing and cooling benefits while reducing irritation. Antioxidant ice plant, aka mesembryanthemum crystallinum, calms and reduces skin irritation and inflammation. This also has hydrating glycerin as well as alcohol; however alcohol is used to thin out a formula and make it more watery

The texture is a watery lotion and it does not leave any greasy or sticky residue. It does hydrate quite a bit ~ my skin actually has a bit of initial dewiness, but it absorbs fully fairly quickly, leaving my skin feeling very soft and supple. This does not have any scent to it, no white cast and overall, I’m pretty pleased with the ingredients list as well as the UV filters. This is a really nice sunscreen from B LAB and if you’re looking for a chemical sunscreen, doesn’t leave a white cast, and has a full UVA/UVB protection, this is a nice one to try.
